Attorney Powers successfully argued that an Operating Under the Influence (second offense) should be dismissed

Attorney Powers successfully argued that an Operating Under the Influence (second offense) should be dismissed. Defendant was seen with empty beer cans near where he was sitting after he was in involved in a rollover accident. The issue was when had he consumed the beer. The BT result were this undercut and that charge was dismissed.
