Family Court Decision - 2017

Attorney Powers represented an unmarried Father after the Mother removed the child without notice to Connecticut.

Attorney Powers represented an unmarried Father after the Mother removed the child without notice to Connecticut. At the temporary order stage Attorney Powers won an order to have the child placed in the Father's custody. Eventually the case settled with the negotiation that the parties would have joint legal custody of the child with a parenting plan giving Father approximately 75% of the parenting time.
